COVID-19 Policy/Procedures
For the health and well-being of our patients, employees and our community, we are making some adjustments to our protocols.
To help protect the safety of all our patients and staff, we ask anyone that currently feels ill to please reschedule your appointment and to call your physician. This is especially true if you have a fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath. The same thing applies if you have had any of these symptoms or been around someone that has had these symptoms in the last 48 hours.
We ask that no additional family members, children or friends accompany you to your scheduled appointment.
If you need to reorder contacts, please call or text the office to place the order – someone from our office will contact you. We can even provide you options for delivery. Effective 3/23/2020 we can ship your re-order contacts to your home or work when the order has been placed for a small fee. And we will still ship annual supplies to for free. We are working on ways to get our store on the website so that you can order directly.
We would also like to reassure you that although we already utilize standard protocols for sanitation/disinfection. We are currently exceeding these precautions to further prevent the spread of the virus and maintain a safe environment for you.
